Small changes = small results.
Started my regimen last Monday, and in the past week have noted enough success to keep me interested in continuing the process.
Changes are small, less intrusive, and involve cutting out second helpings and eating less when I'm on the road, and trying to get in 3 workouts a week.
So, with those few changes, the past week has been a success.
Starting Weight = 218
Current Weight = 213
Lost so far = 5 lbs.
