Week 1 Results

Small changes = small results.

Started my regimen last Monday, and in the past week have noted enough success to keep me interested in continuing the process.

Changes are small, less intrusive, and involve cutting out second helpings and eating less when I'm on the road, and trying to get in 3 workouts a week.

So, with those few changes, the past week has been a success.

Starting Weight = 218
Current Weight = 213

Lost so far = 5 lbs.

Start of Week 1

I decided to embark on the journey, but will keep the goal under wraps for now, no sense putting any additional pressure on myself.

Going to try to lose some weight, regain some strength, and increase cardio capacity. Will spend most of the workout time at our community fitness center, and will try to keep the momentum going on the road. Nancy and the girls will be workout partners, as time and schedules permit.

We started yesterday, did 2 miles on the elliptical, 200 pushups with weighted resistance, and a few other circuit machines.

Starting weight: 218
Goal weight: 190
